Nature gives so much to us if we pay attention. We are so connected to it, it serves both our mind and body. The act of simply just being in it is soothing to the mind. Growing food and herbs or eating local produce properly nourishes you and connect your body with nature.
I believe in living more in tune with the planet, by living more simply and intentionally. Clean and conscious living helps us to stay more connected to not only the planet and our bodies as well.
